A highly-qualified, experienced and skilled work force is led by founder and Managing Director Jack Coupe and his long-standing business associate Contracts Director Brian Nichols.

Jack Coupe, B.Eng.,C.Eng.,M.I.C.E.,M.I.H.T.,F.I.Mgt.
Has had a lifetime of work in the Civil Engineering profession. Before founding the Company, he held senior positions with major national companies working on multi-million pound projects. He now takes responsibility for the structured development of the Company and for the Coupe Group in general. Respected as a professional, he has been Chairman of the North East Branch of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association, and National Chairman of the Road Safety Markings Association. As such he has had close links with a range of Government Departments.

Brian Nichols, .Eng. Tech., C.Eng., M.I.C.E.
A Cardiff University Graduate in Engineering, joined Jack Coupe shortly after the Company was founded, and his skills in Contract Management have made a major contribution to the progression of the Company and the esteem in which it is held by the Industry.

Jack and Brian are not only business colleagues, they are close life-long friends, and instinctively use their combined skills in the interest of clients.
